My experience here was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and patient, especially Thomas, Max and the blonde gentleman who helped with the skis. Management and checkout staff were excellent. I highly recommend this shop.

Non existent customer service. Tried to get a boot fitting appointment for my girlfriend for 5 days, to no avail. Avoid. In response to the response below: 1. I was told yesterday that the earliest possible date for a boot fitting is the 15th of December 2. I made it very clear what was needed (custom footbed and foam injection) and was specifically told that this was the earliest possible date, a full 2 weeks after my initial enquiry. I therefore dispute the accuracy of this response and have the emails to prove it.
